Shipping
- We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
- Orders are inspected, packed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
- Standard: 3 to 5 business days. Express: 1 to 2 business days.
- Every order ships insured with tracking. Orders over $500 require an adult signature.
- Local pickup in Somerville, MA, is available by appointment.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused and in the same condition received, with all tags, dust bags, boxes and authenticity documents.
- The Boston Luxo security tag must remain attached.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, fully insured with tracking. Original shipping is non-refundable.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Most pieces are one of a kind, so we do not offer exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will cover return shipping.
Items found not to be authentic are always eligible for a full refund, including shipping, under our Authenticity Guarantee.
How to start a return
Email ana@bostonluxo.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will send instructions and the return address. Please do not ship items back without approval.
