At Boston Luxo, we are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience and carefully selected authentic luxury fashion.

7-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags, packaging, accessories, and authenticity documentation provided with the item must be included.

  • The item must not have been worn, used, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Pre-Owned & Consignment Items

Many of our products are pre-owned or consignment pieces. Any previously disclosed signs of wear or imperfections are part of the item's stated condition and do not automatically qualify as defects.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at bostonluxo@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, the reason for your return, and photos if applicable.

Please do not send items back without first receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

For approved returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
